Collaborative Working and the Project Execution Plan

The course introduces participants to key concepts of collaborative working and behavioural change which they can apply to the creation and maintenance of a Project Execution Plan (PEP or PXP), also known as a Project Management Plan (PMP) or Project Initiation Document (PID).

Who is it for?

This course is for all members of project teams who contribute to the production of a Project Execution Plan (PXP) – also known as a Project Management Plan (PMP) or Project Initiation Document (PID) – and/or who require an introductory understanding of collaborative working principles and techniques.

Assessment format

Participants will complete a reflective workbook throughout the course capturing reflective practice and personal goal-setting which participants will be able to apply back to the workplace.
