Who is it for?

This course is ideal for anyone working in a project environment who requires an introductory understanding of planning and cost control.

Activities in breakout rooms very useful and aided understanding. Worked examples on Earned Value will stick with me: an excellent takeaway. An excellent course, with an excellent tutor. Good use of IT in the current home working environment. Thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and felt the break out sessions with Ian visiting allow time to consolidate the information. I enjoyed Ian's approach of being able to share his wealth of experience. Thank you for making it very enjoyable.
