Course Overview

You will learn to make sense of how organisations really work, and how decisions are shaped by fast-changing markets, regulation, sustainability demands and global connections. Throughout the programme you will use creativity, data and digital tools to design solutions that improve customer experience, organisational performance and community outcomes, translating insight into real service improvements.

On this course you will...

  • Develop a confident, integrated understanding of business, digital transformation, data analytics and artificial intelligence across organisational contexts.
  • Build practical capability in coding and computing fundamentals to acquire, manage and prepare data for analysis and solution development.
  • Apply analytical and artificial intelligence methods to investigate business problems, generate insight and design evidence-led solutions.
  • Create, test and refine digital outputs such as applications, prototypes, dashboards and decision-support tools that address real organisational needs and create value.
  • Translate insight into compelling stories and recommendations, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision making with credibility.
