Our top-up programme has been designed for those wanting to upgrade their current diploma to a degree.

If you aspire to work in the global business world and with multi-national companies, our course is the springboard for your career. You'll critically evaluate the relationships between international business strategy and operational needs, learn how to provide creative and innovative solutions through the essential attributes of management and leadership.

We will teach you to contextualise business management and practice across a range of public, private, and third stream organisations in local, regional, national, international, and global contexts.

In addition to studying at our Lancaster campus, you can also choose to study at our collaborative partner FAME based in Malaysia.

    On this module you will initiate, plan, research, sustain and evaluate an extended piece of independent intellectual work based on individual initiative and pathway of study.
  • Strategic Leadership, Innovation and Change Management
    Develop a critical and synthetic understanding of a broad range of contemporary strategic leadership, management and organisational knowledge, and apply them to organisational strategies.
  • Consultancy Project
    Develop and apply the skills of problem solving and project management, including financial, time, resource and relationship management through a 'real' consultancy project with an external organisation.
  • Global Business Perspectives
    Learn to critically analyse how global business perspectives and globalisation impacts on the way companies have developed and how they are organised and operate.
  • International Strategic Human Resource Management
    Learn to critically evaluate human resources in domestic and international contexts.
  • International Strategic Marketing
    Explore key marketing strategies for companies in a global environment and how differences in culture affect their development.
