Short course - APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ)

The APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) is an internationally recognised qualification developed by APM, the chartered body for the project profession.

The APM PMQ provides participants with a broad understanding of good project management practice in line with the APM's Body of Knowledge and an understanding of key principles.

The course covers a number of key areas including: risk management, quality management and stakeholder engagement.

Course Overview

This course provides participants with a broad level of project management knowledge in accordance with the APM Body of Knowledge 7th edition. Participants will explore core topics including scheduling, leadership and teamwork, and risk management, applying and consolidating their knowledge through a variety of individual and group-based exercises.

Facilitated by highly experienced tutors either online or in-person, the APM PMQ is delivered over six days (usually two blocks of three days).
