Designed to build an awareness of estimating techniques and how these develop throughout the stages of the project life cycle, this course equips participants with the understanding and confidence to contribute to the estimating process.

A highly interactive one-day course, participants will have an opportunity to practise the different elements of preparing an estimate through a series of case study exercises.
