Short course - Introduction to Planning and Cost Control

A two-day course that can be delivered online or in-person, Introduction to Planning and Cost Control provides participants with an overview of project planning, monitoring and control including Earned Value Management. Participants will take part in planning a project, gaining an understanding of and applying tools such as Critical Path analysis, Earned Value calculations, and resource levelling and smoothing, to plan and maintain a project schedule.
