Course Overview

The programme focuses on building the skills required to lead people, manage performance and deliver sustainable impact within a purpose-led trading environment. It combines core business and leadership principles with a clear understanding of the social enterprise landscape.
Delivered through a series of structured face-to-face sessions, supported by online learning, the course enables participants to apply learning directly within their own organisation.

This course is suitable for individuals who:
• Are employed or self-employed within a social enterprise or a trading charity
• Are looking to move into, or progress within, a leadership or management role.
• Are looking to develop skills to balance social impact with commercial sustainability.
